岗位职责:

Key Job Accountabilities:
- Responsible for leading the efforts to advance operational excellence in Human Resources through process improvement projects utilizing efficiency methodologies, process analysis, and identification of business capabilities that support HR core business processes.
- Responsible for the development of functional metrics, analyses, and reports in support of business needs and initiatives. May oversee data governance and data/reporting definitions.
Job Description:
- Inventory HR business processes and perform analysis on effectiveness and efficiencies focusing on enhanced safety, increased productivity and reduced cost through end to end, integrated and simplified business processes.
- Direct and manage cross functional teams on multiple process development and improvement projects of moderate financial or operational impact to HR and business.
- Perform complex business process work, identify process improvements and perform process re-engineering in a trusted consultant capacity for senior members of HR and business leaders.
- Lead the improvement and development of repeatable and quantifiable HR business processes with innovative solutions by identifying and developing improvement opportunities using optimization methodologies and tools. Ensure consistency and seamlessness of HR work interfaces. Ensure process adoption by all impacted stakeholders.
- Develop process based metrics for use in analyzing, assessing and improving performance which support ongoing efficiencies and effectiveness. Lead the performance of or perform incident and process failure analysis, including Root Cause Analysis and/or Statistical Process Controls.
- Set strategic direction for validating and improving business process maturity and innovate recommendations for greater maturity level attainment. Ensure development procedures and processes are developed and handed off to appropriate business owners.
- Project manages the identification and mapping of HR business capabilities aligned with core HR business and business needs.
- Establish strong cross-functional relationships to fully understand the business and factors of success in the industry.
- In support of larger HR initiatives, work with business units and HR personnel to develop relevant HR metrics.
- Trains and mentors staff, serves as a central point of contact for other HR functions in supporting their measurement efforts.
- Create regular and ad hoc reports based on selected metrics that are in support of higher level analysis and strategic objectives.
- Presents analysis to key stakeholders and demonstrates the implications of the trends on the business.
- Identify reporting requirements, assess appropriate resources and delegate/manage as needed.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or other relevant subject area.
- Minimum of eight years of experience managing HR process improvement projects.
- Demonstrated experience developing and managing projects, including developing work scope, defining milestones, metrics, and other supporting details.
- Ability to deliver formal presentations and collaborate with senior management.
- Ability to integrate work across relevant areas, develop the business and services to enhance customer satisfaction and productivity, develop and execute business plans, manage information, and provide exceptional service to internal and external customers.
- Strong ethics, influence and negotiation, leadership, interpersonal skills with ability to effectively manage stress and engage in continuous learning.
